Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola  has appointed Dr. Tajudeen Odetayo as the Acting Rector of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree.   Following the retirement of Dr. Woye Olaniran, who is now the former Rector of the Institution, Dr. Tajudeen Odetayo, who was the deputy Rector then, has now been appointed as the Acting Rector of the Polytechnic.   The Governing Council of the Institution at its meeting on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, noted this through an official document signed by the Head of Service, Dr. Festus Olowogboyega Oyebade.    According to him, "The Governor of the State of Osun, Alh. Adegboyega Oyetola  has approved the appointment of Dr. T.A Odetayo as the Acting Rector of the Osun State Polytechnic Iree."   Dr. Odetayo was born on June 22nd, 1962. He is a native of Ode-Omu, in the Ayedaade Local Government Area of the State. He has served the State for 27 years of

Dr. Olaniran stated this today while delivering his speech at the Matriculation Ceremony of the newly admitted ND1 Daily Part-Time Students of the Institution. "The First Semester Examination will start very soon, avoid examination malpractice, do your best and be yourself in the Examination and God will crown your effort with success." Dr. Olaniran stated. Furthermore, he also enjoins the students to avoid cultism and anything that can destroy their life and academic pursuit.
