Official Memo: OSPOLY MGT Declare DPT Exam Resumption

The Management of Osun State Polytechnic Iree has officially declared Monday, 11th October, 2021 as the resumption of the Daily Part-Time Examinations For the students of National Diploma 2.

This was made known in a memo released today, Monday, 4th October 2021 following the meeting had by the top management of the institution.


According to the memo: "At its meeting of today, Monday, 4th October 2021, the Top Management resolved that the suspended examinations would resume on Monday, 11th October 2021."


However, It will be recalled that the exams was suspended on 14th, September, 2021 following the protest rocked by some DPT ND2 Students.


Moreover, the school management urged DPT ND2 Students who have yet to pay their tuition, to pay the fee before the resumption of the exams.


"All affected students who are yet to pay their school fees are enjoined to do so on or before the date of the resumption of the examinations in their own interest." The memo stated.

OSPOLY Mgt Schedules Date for DPT Third Semester Examination, Urges Students To Pay School Fees

  By:Ademola Ezekiel  The Management of Osun State polythenic(OSPOLY),Iree scheduled Monday 18th,2023 for the commencement of the Daily Part Time (DPT) Program Third Semester Examination. This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today,12th March 2023 by the Director of the Part Time  to all Student,which Reference number is OSPOLY/IR/DPTP/DAO/VOL 2/19 signed by Mrs M.V Faniyi Furthermore,  the memo enjoined students to pay their school fees before the commencement of the examination, also urged students to visit the school website to print their examination clearance, make move to be signed by the DPT Coordinator and proceed to the Director of DPT for the same purpose on Wednesday 13th,2023. "Examination Clearance form would be sign upon presentation of school fees receipt and evidence of registration starting from today,Wednesday 13th, 2023" the memo noted Additionally, it enjoined DPT students to comply with the above directive for their own interest.

OSPOLY Mgt Directs DPT Students For Counselling, Warns Failure to Comply Attract Sanction

 By: Mistura Mustapha The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, have directed all student of the Daily Part Time (DPT) studies for mandatory counselling programme, warns that failure to comply strictly attached sanction.      This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today, Friday 13th September, 2024 REF No: OSPOLY/SAO/89 which was signed by Mr. Oyedeji M.O, stated that it is mandatory and imperative for all DPT students both ND 1 and ND 2 to make themselves available for the exercise which is scheduled between Monday, 23rd September to Monday 28th October, 2024.             "All students are expected to undergo mandatory counselling exclude no one" memo emphasized.         Furthermore, according to the memo,  noted that time table will be drawn on Faculty basis for collection and submission of Counseling Registration forms from the counselling unit. " Please adhere strictly with this directives failure to comply will attract sanctions" memo warned
