OSPOLY LECTURER DIRECTS DPT STUDENTS TO INSERT MATRIC NUMBERS FOR EXAM PROCESS

The SIWES Coordinator for Mass Communication Department and Lecturer from Science Department,  Osun State Polytechnic Iree, Mr Balogun W.R has directed ND1 DPT students who wrote the first-semester exam without their matriculation numbers to appear in his office before the end of next week.


He made the statement on Saturday, 16th October 2021 during practical class with the Mass Communication students at Koko Campus of the institution.



"If you know that you did not write your Matric. number on your Examination answer booklet, just come to my office for proper procedure, before next week run to an end". Balogun stated.



However, the lecturer also stated that the students who wrote the Exam without matriculation numbers in the Mass Communication Department are about one hundred and twenty.



In a similar sense, he advised the students to check their class Whatsapp group to see if their names were included in the lists.




Furthermore, he expressed that if the students who fall into this category fail to appear in his office for proper insertion of their matric numbers before the end of next week, this will cause a problem for them in the course of processing their results.

OSPOLY Mgt Schedules Date for DPT Third Semester Examination, Urges Students To Pay School Fees

  By:Ademola Ezekiel  The Management of Osun State polythenic(OSPOLY),Iree scheduled Monday 18th,2023 for the commencement of the Daily Part Time (DPT) Program Third Semester Examination. This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today,12th March 2023 by the Director of the Part Time  to all Student,which Reference number is OSPOLY/IR/DPTP/DAO/VOL 2/19 signed by Mrs M.V Faniyi Furthermore,  the memo enjoined students to pay their school fees before the commencement of the examination, also urged students to visit the school website to print their examination clearance, make move to be signed by the DPT Coordinator and proceed to the Director of DPT for the same purpose on Wednesday 13th,2023. "Examination Clearance form would be sign upon presentation of school fees receipt and evidence of registration starting from today,Wednesday 13th, 2023" the memo noted Additionally, it enjoined DPT students to comply with the above directive for their own interest.

OSPOLY Mgt Directs DPT Students For Counselling, Warns Failure to Comply Attract Sanction

 By: Mistura Mustapha The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, have directed all student of the Daily Part Time (DPT) studies for mandatory counselling programme, warns that failure to comply strictly attached sanction.      This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today, Friday 13th September, 2024 REF No: OSPOLY/SAO/89 which was signed by Mr. Oyedeji M.O, stated that it is mandatory and imperative for all DPT students both ND 1 and ND 2 to make themselves available for the exercise which is scheduled between Monday, 23rd September to Monday 28th October, 2024.             "All students are expected to undergo mandatory counselling exclude no one" memo emphasized.         Furthermore, according to the memo,  noted that time table will be drawn on Faculty basis for collection and submission of Counseling Registration forms from the counselling unit. " Please adhere strictly with this directives failure to comply will attract sanctions" memo warned
