Official Memo: OSPOLY MGT Announces Exam Date For ND1 DPT Students

The Management of Osun State Polytechnic Iree,(OSPOLY) has officially announced 27th November 2021 as the date for the commencement of the Second-Semester Examination, 2020/2021 academic session for the students of National Diploma I Daily Part-Time.


This was made known in a memo released today, Thursday, 18th November, 2021 and signed by Mrs M. V. FANIYI For the directorate of part-time.



According to the official memo, "This is to inform ND I Daily Part-Time Students that the Second Semester Examination for 2020/2021 academic session has been scheduled to hold on the 27th November 2021."


Moreover, the school management urged DPT ND1 Students who have yet to pay their tuition, to pay the fee before the commencement of the exams.


"You are therefore enjoined to pay your school fees before the commencement of the examination."


The school management also urged ND1 DPT students to print out and sign their exam clearance before the start of the second-semester examination to avoid any problems during the exam process.



However, students are urged to follow the aforesaid directive in their own best interests.

OSPOLY Mgt Schedules Date for DPT Third Semester Examination, Urges Students To Pay School Fees

  By:Ademola Ezekiel  The Management of Osun State polythenic(OSPOLY),Iree scheduled Monday 18th,2023 for the commencement of the Daily Part Time (DPT) Program Third Semester Examination. This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today,12th March 2023 by the Director of the Part Time  to all Student,which Reference number is OSPOLY/IR/DPTP/DAO/VOL 2/19 signed by Mrs M.V Faniyi Furthermore,  the memo enjoined students to pay their school fees before the commencement of the examination, also urged students to visit the school website to print their examination clearance, make move to be signed by the DPT Coordinator and proceed to the Director of DPT for the same purpose on Wednesday 13th,2023. "Examination Clearance form would be sign upon presentation of school fees receipt and evidence of registration starting from today,Wednesday 13th, 2023" the memo noted Additionally, it enjoined DPT students to comply with the above directive for their own interest.

OSPOLY Mgt Directs DPT Students For Counselling, Warns Failure to Comply Attract Sanction

 By: Mistura Mustapha The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, have directed all student of the Daily Part Time (DPT) studies for mandatory counselling programme, warns that failure to comply strictly attached sanction.      This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today, Friday 13th September, 2024 REF No: OSPOLY/SAO/89 which was signed by Mr. Oyedeji M.O, stated that it is mandatory and imperative for all DPT students both ND 1 and ND 2 to make themselves available for the exercise which is scheduled between Monday, 23rd September to Monday 28th October, 2024.             "All students are expected to undergo mandatory counselling exclude no one" memo emphasized.         Furthermore, according to the memo,  noted that time table will be drawn on Faculty basis for collection and submission of Counseling Registration forms from the counselling unit. " Please adhere strictly with this directives failure to comply will attract sanctions" memo warned
