Just in: (DPT) SUA CHAIRPERSON, OJEWALE WARNS STUDENTS BARELY 12 HOURS TO SUA’s ORIENTATION.

Barely 12 hours to the  Student Union Association (SUA) Orientation programme of the Daily Part-Time (DPT) Program of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, the Chairperson of the Association, Hon. Ojewale Kehinde has warned all ND1 students to attend the programme slated for Monday, 8th May, 2023. 


She stated this today, Sunday, 7th of May, 2023 in a memo made available through the P.R.O of the association Hon. Com. Raji Lukman. 


According to the release, “This is to inform all   the students of Osun state polytechnic Iree daily part time(DPT) Nd1 Students that SUA Orientation is going to hold *Date:* Monday 8th 2023

*Time:* 10:am to 2:00pm.

 *Venue:* SLT hall 10 koko campus”.


However, Ojewale directed all the class representatives (Governors) to ensure the attendance of all the students present and also stressed that all the attendance taken must be submitted to the SUA Chairperson’s office.


The memo read in part,

 *Note*: It is very compulsory for all ND1 Student to  make him/herself  available tomorrow.

OSPOLY Mgt Directs DPT Students For Counselling, Warns Failure to Comply Attract Sanction

 By: Mistura Mustapha The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, have directed all student of the Daily Part Time (DPT) studies for mandatory counselling programme, warns that failure to comply strictly attached sanction.      This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today, Friday 13th September, 2024 REF No: OSPOLY/SAO/89 which was signed by Mr. Oyedeji M.O, stated that it is mandatory and imperative for all DPT students both ND 1 and ND 2 to make themselves available for the exercise which is scheduled between Monday, 23rd September to Monday 28th October, 2024.             "All students are expected to undergo mandatory counselling exclude no one" memo emphasized.         Furthermore, according to the memo,  noted that time table will be drawn on Faculty basis for collection and submission of Counseling Registration forms from the counselling unit. Ospoly Mgt Announces Disengagement of Part-Time Staff

 By: Tomiwa Obisesan The Management Of Osun state polytechnic, Iree have noticed with Dismay that a Large Percentage Of Part-Time Staff have not been coming to the Office and had been Collecting Unmerited Salaries . This was stated today Saturday, January 18,2025 through an internal memorandum signed by the school registrar Mrs. Foyinsade O. Apara . Furthermore, management had decided to disengage all Part-Time/Contract staff members with effect from Friday, 31st January, 2025 . However, the memo informed all disengaged Part-Time /Contract staff members who are willing to continue with the institution to re-apply through their Head of Department (HOD)/ Head of Unit , (HOU), who in addition would recommend such member of Staff if found . “ Application for Re-Engagement with recommendation letter from HOD/HOU are to be directed to the Registrar and submitted to the Personnel Affairs Office on or before the close of work on Wednesday, 29th January,2025.” the memo noted
