OSPOLY Management Announces DPT Matriculation Date for 2022/2023 Academic Session

The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, has declared Thursday, 6th of July, 2023, as the matriculation ceremony day for the 2022/2023 academic Session.


This was unveiled in an internal memorandum with the reference number POLY/IR/ADM.05/26 which was released to the general public today, 22nd of June, 2023. 


According to the memo, the matriculation ceremony would hold at the institutions ETF hall at exactly 11 am. 


Similarly, the memo addressed that any student who fails to register and consequently does not matriculate forfeits his/her admission and studentship.


However, all the newly admitted (ND1) students of the Daily part-time program are urged to complete their registrations on or before Wednesday, 5th of July, 2023, as failure to do so shall attract a penalty. 


The memo reads in full; 


“PART-TIME STUDENTS' MATRICULATION CEREMONY FOR 2022/2023

ACADEMIC SESSION.”


This is to inform all Part-Time students that the Matriculation Ceremony for 2022/2023 Academic Session has been scheduled to hold on Thursday, 6th July 2023 by 11 a.m. at the ETF Hall.


All concerned students should please note the following:


“All duly registered students as at Wednesday, S* July, 2023 must take part in the Matriculation
Ceremony.”


   “Any student who fails to register and consequently does not matriculate forfeits his/her admission and studentship.”


“Academic Gowns will be available for collection from the Faculty Officers as from Tuesday 4th July, 2023.”


“All academic Gowns collected for the ceremony should be returned unfailingly to the Faculty
Officers before close of work on Friday, 7 July, 2023.”


“Failure to return the Gown by any student shall attract a fine of N500.00 per day of default; this is also subject to upward review and further sanctions.”

OSPOLY Mgt Schedules Date for DPT Third Semester Examination, Urges Students To Pay School Fees

  By:Ademola Ezekiel  The Management of Osun State polythenic(OSPOLY),Iree scheduled Monday 18th,2023 for the commencement of the Daily Part Time (DPT) Program Third Semester Examination. This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today,12th March 2023 by the Director of the Part Time  to all Student,which Reference number is OSPOLY/IR/DPTP/DAO/VOL 2/19 signed by Mrs M.V Faniyi Furthermore,  the memo enjoined students to pay their school fees before the commencement of the examination, also urged students to visit the school website to print their examination clearance, make move to be signed by the DPT Coordinator and proceed to the Director of DPT for the same purpose on Wednesday 13th,2023. "Examination Clearance form would be sign upon presentation of school fees receipt and evidence of registration starting from today,Wednesday 13th, 2023" the memo noted Additionally, it enjoined DPT students to comply with the above directive for their own interest.

OSPOLY Mgt Directs DPT Students For Counselling, Warns Failure to Comply Attract Sanction

 By: Mistura Mustapha The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, have directed all student of the Daily Part Time (DPT) studies for mandatory counselling programme, warns that failure to comply strictly attached sanction.      This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today, Friday 13th September, 2024 REF No: OSPOLY/SAO/89 which was signed by Mr. Oyedeji M.O, stated that it is mandatory and imperative for all DPT students both ND 1 and ND 2 to make themselves available for the exercise which is scheduled between Monday, 23rd September to Monday 28th October, 2024.             "All students are expected to undergo mandatory counselling exclude no one" memo emphasized.         Furthermore, according to the memo,  noted that time table will be drawn on Faculty basis for collection and submission of Counseling Registration forms from the counselling unit. " Please adhere strictly with this directives failure to comply will attract sanctions" memo warned
