“Embrace the challenges that lie ahead” NAOSS Urges OSPOLY DPT Matriculants

The National Association of Osun State Students (NAOSS), Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, under the leadership of its President, Hon. Comr. Adebayo Abdullahi Adekunle has Congratulated the officially enrolled matriculants of the Daily Part-Time (DPT) Program and charged them to embrace the challenges that lie ahead. 


This is contained in a congratulatory statement issued on behalf of the association, through its public Relation Officer, Comr. Oladoke Idris Oladeji today, Thursday, 6th of July, 2023 on their Matriculation Ceremony for the 2022/2023 academic session. 


The Association through the President, Hon. Comr. Adebayo Abdullahi Adekunle expressed that the matriculation statement serves as an opportunity to motivate them as they embark on the academic journey. In his remarks, “You have taken a significant step towards a brighter future. Remember, education is a powerful tool that can open doors, broaden horizons, and empower you to make a positive impact in the world.”


Adebayo stressed further that matriculants should approach their studies with commitment, eagerness, and with a growth mindset. Also, he said, “Embrace the challenges that lie ahead, for it is through overcoming these challenges that we truly grow and develop. Be proactive in your learning, take ownership of your education, and make the most of the abundant resources and opportunities available to you.”  


The President stated that while their academic pursuits are important, they should also remember that education extends beyond the confines of the classroom as he urged them to take advantage of the diverse extracurricular activities, clubs, and organizations which the institution offers. “Immerse yourself in the vibrant campus community, build connections with your peers, and engage in experiences that will help shape you into a well-rounded individual,” he stated.  


Additionally, Abdullahi declared that the students should remember to prioritize self-care and well-being noting that College life can be demanding, both academically and personally while he said they should take time to find balance, establish healthy routines, and seek support when needed. He said, “Our institution provides a range of student services and resources to assist you along your journey, so do not hesitate to reach out for guidance and assistance.”


“On behalf of the entire faculty, department, and staff of this institution, I want to express our commitment to your success. We are here to support and guide you throughout your educational journey. As you navigate through this academic year, remember that you are capable, resilient, and full of untapped potential. Believe in yourself, work hard, and seize every opportunity that comes your way.”


“Once again, welcome to our institution. May this be a transformative and fulfilling period of your life. We look forward to witnessing your growth, achievements, and contributions.” he stated

OSPOLY Mgt Schedules Date for DPT Third Semester Examination, Urges Students To Pay School Fees

  By:Ademola Ezekiel  The Management of Osun State polythenic(OSPOLY),Iree scheduled Monday 18th,2023 for the commencement of the Daily Part Time (DPT) Program Third Semester Examination. This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today,12th March 2023 by the Director of the Part Time  to all Student,which Reference number is OSPOLY/IR/DPTP/DAO/VOL 2/19 signed by Mrs M.V Faniyi Furthermore,  the memo enjoined students to pay their school fees before the commencement of the examination, also urged students to visit the school website to print their examination clearance, make move to be signed by the DPT Coordinator and proceed to the Director of DPT for the same purpose on Wednesday 13th,2023. "Examination Clearance form would be sign upon presentation of school fees receipt and evidence of registration starting from today,Wednesday 13th, 2023" the memo noted Additionally, it enjoined DPT students to comply with the above directive for their own interest.

OSPOLY Mgt Directs DPT Students For Counselling, Warns Failure to Comply Attract Sanction

 By: Mistura Mustapha The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, have directed all student of the Daily Part Time (DPT) studies for mandatory counselling programme, warns that failure to comply strictly attached sanction.      This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today, Friday 13th September, 2024 REF No: OSPOLY/SAO/89 which was signed by Mr. Oyedeji M.O, stated that it is mandatory and imperative for all DPT students both ND 1 and ND 2 to make themselves available for the exercise which is scheduled between Monday, 23rd September to Monday 28th October, 2024.             "All students are expected to undergo mandatory counselling exclude no one" memo emphasized.         Furthermore, according to the memo,  noted that time table will be drawn on Faculty basis for collection and submission of Counseling Registration forms from the counselling unit. " Please adhere strictly with this directives failure to comply will attract sanctions" memo warned
