The Former Coordinator of Mass Communication Department, Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Mr Adeagbo S.A has denounced paying for grades among the ND2 Students of the Daily Part-Time (DPT) Program and urged them to refrain from such manners.

This he expressed today, Friday, 14th of July, 2023 while addressing the Students at their lecture hall in Koko Campus, the wing of the Institution.

Adeagbo stressed that paying for grades after their examination is unconstitutional to the standard of the institution. Noted that they shouldn't depend on bypass means of attaining good grades, “Don't give money to anybody to help you after your examinations whether the person is your brother or outside people, It doesn't help in any way”

“Don’t allow anybody to extort money from you after exams; it can not help you” he said.

Worthy of note, he stressed that the students should ensure they submit their script at the appropriate place and also abstain from immoral activities which can incriminate them during their examination moment in the hall. In his words, “Don’t do anything that will implicate you in the exams, and make sure you submit your paper at the right time.”

He, however, counseled the students to join tutorials to unravel their potential in them stressing that they should attempt their assignments or test when due and never to relent in their academic pursuits. He further directed them to retreat from indecent dressing and immoral acts that can implicate their studentship in the institution. Remarking that indecent dressings won’t be permitted in the hall during the incoming examination. He said, “You are beautiful already, you don’t need to showcase anything; Oluwa a ranwa lowo o”

Similarly, he encouraged the learners to acquire all the necessary receipts demanded of them and back up their physical appearance to the examination hall with their School identity card which serves as access to the hall.
