ISESE DAY: OSPOLY Reschedules Ongoing DPT Examination over Public Holiday

The management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, has officially rescheduled the ongoing examination for the Daily Part-Time students which was initially scheduled for Monday, 21st August 2023, to be held on Thursday, 24th August 2023.

 

In a statement released and obtained by NEB correspondent today, Saturday, 19th August 2023, with the reference number; DEX/OSC/03/23 and signed by A.O Adewoyin, Ph.D, FCIB, the management informed the polytechnic community that all examinations originally scheduled for Monday, 21st August 2023 will now be held on Thursday, 24th August 2023 to accommodate the public holiday and ensure that students have sufficient time to prepare for their examinations.


The rearrangement of the examination timetable is as a result of the 2023 Isese Day celebration public holiday declared by the government of Osun state. 


The management however issued a directive for all examinations supervisors, invigilators, and monitoring officers to be present for their duties on Thursday, August 24, 2023.


The memo reads;


"Sequel to the declaration of Monday, 21st August 2023 as a public holiday by Osun State Government to mark 2023 Isese day celebrations, I have the approval of the management to inform the polytechnic community that all the papers scheduled for Monday 21st, August 2023 will now hold on Thursday 24th, August 2023.”


“All examination officers (Invigilators, Supervisors, monitoring officers) for Monday, 21st August 2023 (examination day 23) should report for duty on Thursday 21st August 2023

OSPOLY Mgt Schedules Date for DPT Third Semester Examination, Urges Students To Pay School Fees

  By:Ademola Ezekiel  The Management of Osun State polythenic(OSPOLY),Iree scheduled Monday 18th,2023 for the commencement of the Daily Part Time (DPT) Program Third Semester Examination. This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today,12th March 2023 by the Director of the Part Time  to all Student,which Reference number is OSPOLY/IR/DPTP/DAO/VOL 2/19 signed by Mrs M.V Faniyi Furthermore,  the memo enjoined students to pay their school fees before the commencement of the examination, also urged students to visit the school website to print their examination clearance, make move to be signed by the DPT Coordinator and proceed to the Director of DPT for the same purpose on Wednesday 13th,2023. "Examination Clearance form would be sign upon presentation of school fees receipt and evidence of registration starting from today,Wednesday 13th, 2023" the memo noted Additionally, it enjoined DPT students to comply with the above directive for their own interest.

OSPOLY Mgt Directs DPT Students For Counselling, Warns Failure to Comply Attract Sanction

 By: Mistura Mustapha The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, have directed all student of the Daily Part Time (DPT) studies for mandatory counselling programme, warns that failure to comply strictly attached sanction.      This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today, Friday 13th September, 2024 REF No: OSPOLY/SAO/89 which was signed by Mr. Oyedeji M.O, stated that it is mandatory and imperative for all DPT students both ND 1 and ND 2 to make themselves available for the exercise which is scheduled between Monday, 23rd September to Monday 28th October, 2024.             "All students are expected to undergo mandatory counselling exclude no one" memo emphasized.         Furthermore, according to the memo,  noted that time table will be drawn on Faculty basis for collection and submission of Counseling Registration forms from the counselling unit. " Please adhere strictly with this directives failure to comply will attract sanctions" memo warned
