Home is mirrored the best 

An institution makes a call

To hear every listener 

Echoing, ‘Education and Sacrifice’

‘Are likely to be inseparable twins’


We left our comfort zone

Just for academic's sake

We left our dear family

Just for academic sake

We left a friendly environment 

Just to have advantage over ignorance


Education is a tough process

Yet we are tougher than the process 

I know one day will be one day 

When we shall overcome 

The shortcomings of financial instability 

And become the cherished leader


One day shall surpass 

That life will become desirable

And the difficulties of today

Will become an antidote 

Which will be Used to encourage youngsters


God Almighty shall speak greatly

That this desired day shall come to pass 

Of which we shall look back with nostalgia

In those days with laughter-filled

And to the priceless memories

Created with friends and acquaintances


Though everyone wants to succeed. 

But not everyone is willing 

to go through hardship to get there

I pray to God Almighty

In the journey of academics

We should not be taken home dead

Letting our days in school

Become fruitful and worthwhile

For our indispensable sacrifices  

Should not become vain

They received heartbreaking news about the untimely death of Comr. EDM Olatona Olanrewaju Olaide, also known as LARRY. As the newly appointed NAMACOS financial secretary and former Governor of stream B, his loss has left everyone in mourning.  According to the account of DPT NAMACOS president, Comr. EDM Adegbite Jeremiah, who was present at the burial, the tragic accident occurred on the Ikirun road around 9pm on the 15th of April, 2024. Larry was returning from Osogbo to Iree when the bike he was riding collided with a trailer. Sadly, Larry did not survive the accident and was laid to rest today at his family house in Ikirun.  The news of Larry's passing has sent shockwaves through the student community, leaving many in disbelief. OSPOLY Mgt Schedules Date for DPT Third Semester Examination, Urges Students To Pay School Fees

  By:Ademola Ezekiel  The Management of Osun State polythenic(OSPOLY),Iree scheduled Monday 18th,2023 for the commencement of the Daily Part Time (DPT) Program Third Semester Examination. This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today,12th March 2023 by the Director of the Part Time  to all Student,which Reference number is OSPOLY/IR/DPTP/DAO/VOL 2/19 signed by Mrs M.V Faniyi Furthermore,  the memo enjoined students to pay their school fees before the commencement of the examination, also urged students to visit the school website to print their examination clearance, make move to be signed by the DPT Coordinator and proceed to the Director of DPT for the same purpose on Wednesday 13th,2023. "Examination Clearance form would be sign upon presentation of school fees receipt and evidence of registration starting from today,Wednesday 13th, 2023" the memo noted Additionally, it enjoined DPT students to comply with the above directive for their own interest.

OSPOLY Mgt Directs DPT Students For Counselling, Warns Failure to Comply Attract Sanction

 By: Mistura Mustapha The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, have directed all student of the Daily Part Time (DPT) studies for mandatory counselling programme, warns that failure to comply strictly attached sanction.      This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today, Friday 13th September, 2024 REF No: OSPOLY/SAO/89 which was signed by Mr. Oyedeji M.O, stated that it is mandatory and imperative for all DPT students both ND 1 and ND 2 to make themselves available for the exercise which is scheduled between Monday, 23rd September to Monday 28th October, 2024.             "All students are expected to undergo mandatory counselling exclude no one" memo emphasized.         Furthermore, according to the memo,  noted that time table will be drawn on Faculty basis for collection and submission of Counseling Registration forms from the counselling unit. " Please adhere strictly with this directives failure to comply will attract sanctions" memo warned
