The Management of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, has instructed all National Diploma 2 (ND2) Students of the Daily Part-Time (DPT) program to submit their Dossier to their respective Faculty officers no later than the close of work on Friday, October 13, 2023.

The management in a public release yesterday, Tuesday, Oct 10th, 2023 emphasized that the deadline for submission is final and will not be extended. Students are urged to prioritize the collection and organization of their academic records to ensure a smooth and timely submission process.

The penalty fee of ten thousand naira (₦10,000) has been established as an official consequence for late submission stressing that the fee aims to enforce the importance of adhering to deadlines and to encourage students to take the submission process seriously. Non-compliant students will be required to pay the penalty fee along with the submission of their overdue ND2 Dossier.

As the deadline of Friday, October 13, 2023, approaches, the management of OSPOLY urges all ND2 DPT students to take immediate action and submit their Dossier to their respective Faculty officers. By doing so, they will avoid incurring the penalty fee and ensure the timely processing of their academic records.

The memo read in detail,
