The Faculty President of Information and Communication Technology (FICT) of the Daily Part-Time program at Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Hon. Com. Alabetutu Akorede, has called upon all ND1 and ND2  Students to promptly submit their files and complete their medical examinations.

Akorede while addressing the students today, Oct.11th 2023, encouraged them to initiate the process of submitting their files as soon as possible. He stressed that the submission of files is a crucial step in ensuring the successful completion of their academic requirements.

Additionally, the president emphasized the importance of the medical examination, as a prerequisite for ND students. He mentioned that the medical examination fee is currently set at #2500. However, he further highlighted that the fee would increase to #5000 after the November 4th deadline. Students are encouraged to complete their medical examination before the deadline to avoid any additional financial burden.

Com. Alabetutu also noted that the deadline, set for November 4th, is non-negotiable. Students failing to submit their files or complete their medical examination within the specified time frame may face complications in the processing of their academic records or incur the increased fee.

The President, however, encouraged students to promptly comply with the submission and medical examination requirements to avoid any inconvenience or penalties. He reassured the students that the faculty and administration are dedicated to providing the necessary support and guidance throughout the process.

“Students are advised to gather all the necessary documents and submit them to the appropriate office within the stipulated time frame.” he said.

In relation to Alabetutu's address, the Faculty Sport Director, Hon Atoyebi Oluwaseun urged all the ND1 and ND2  students to initiate the submission of their files and complete their medical examinations.

“The deadline for these requirements is November 4th, after which the medical examination fee will increase.“ She said.
