OSPOLY MGT Sets to Hold Three Days Orientation Programme, Declears Lecture Free for ND 1 PT Students to participate

The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree have organized three days mandatory Orientation Programme for the Newly Admitted 2023/2024 Part Time Students, urged students to participate.


In an internal memorandum released from the Deputy Registrar ( Student's Affair) to all ND 1 Part Time Students today, 28th June, 2024, signed by Paul F. Olawoyin, Ref No : OS/POLY/SAO 32/87 Stated that the Programme will be hold at the institution ETF Hall on Wednesday 3rd to Friday 5th of July, 2024 by 9am to 2pm.


Furthermore, the memo stated that the Programme is designed to enlighten the newly admitted students acquainted with the institution's rules and regulation in respect of their educational needs and conduct of the institution.


Moreso, the memo stated the scheduled days for the orientation will be lecture free for ND 1 Part Time Students to enable full participation of the students at the Programme.


" Failure to attend the Orientation Programme attract appreciate sanction for attendance register would be made available at the avenue" the memo warned students

OSPOLY Mgt Schedules Date for DPT Third Semester Examination, Urges Students To Pay School Fees

  By:Ademola Ezekiel  The Management of Osun State polythenic(OSPOLY),Iree scheduled Monday 18th,2023 for the commencement of the Daily Part Time (DPT) Program Third Semester Examination. This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today,12th March 2023 by the Director of the Part Time  to all Student,which Reference number is OSPOLY/IR/DPTP/DAO/VOL 2/19 signed by Mrs M.V Faniyi Furthermore,  the memo enjoined students to pay their school fees before the commencement of the examination, also urged students to visit the school website to print their examination clearance, make move to be signed by the DPT Coordinator and proceed to the Director of DPT for the same purpose on Wednesday 13th,2023. "Examination Clearance form would be sign upon presentation of school fees receipt and evidence of registration starting from today,Wednesday 13th, 2023" the memo noted Additionally, it enjoined DPT students to comply with the above directive for their own interest.

OSPOLY Mgt Directs DPT Students For Counselling, Warns Failure to Comply Attract Sanction

 By: Mistura Mustapha The Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, have directed all student of the Daily Part Time (DPT) studies for mandatory counselling programme, warns that failure to comply strictly attached sanction.      This was unveiled in an internal memorandum released today, Friday 13th September, 2024 REF No: OSPOLY/SAO/89 which was signed by Mr. Oyedeji M.O, stated that it is mandatory and imperative for all DPT students both ND 1 and ND 2 to make themselves available for the exercise which is scheduled between Monday, 23rd September to Monday 28th October, 2024.             "All students are expected to undergo mandatory counselling exclude no one" memo emphasized.         Furthermore, according to the memo,  noted that time table will be drawn on Faculty basis for collection and submission of Counseling Registration forms from the counselling unit. " Please adhere strictly with this directives failure to comply will attract sanctions" memo warned
