DPT Director Warns Students: No Exam Without Proper Clearance Stamp

The Director of the Daily Part-Time Program Mr MO Olaleye, has issued a warning to all students regarding the examination clearance process. 

This was made known today, 6th November 2025, through an internal memorandum and also signed by Mr. Oyesowo Lawrence.

According to the memorandum, only the Director of the Daily Part-Time Program is authorized to sign and stamp the examination clearance forms. Any student who fails to obtain the proper signature and stamp will not be permitted to sit for the upcoming examinations.

In addition, It noted that all students are therefore urged to take the necessary steps to ensure their clearance forms are signed and stamped by the Director. Compliance with this directive is mandatory for access to the examination hall.

Ospoly Mgt Sets #30,000 Penalty for Late Course Registration

 BY : TOMIWA OBISESAN  The Management of Osun State Polytechnic,Iree has Noticed with Dismay that Many Students were yet to Register for 2024/2025 First Semester Course Registration and thereby Delaying the Processing of Examination Results. This was stated through an internal memorandum today 7th of August, 2025 from the Office of the Registrar Mr Abiodun Oloyede  However, the memo highlights the institution's concern over the low registration turnout, which is significantly impacting the processing of examination results. The memo, addressed to all students, stresses the importance of timely registration.
