Osun State Polytechnic Announces Festive Break for Christmas and New Year

The management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, has officially declared a Christmas and New Year break, set to begin on Monday, December 22, 2025, and conclude on Friday, January 2, 2026.


This announcement was made today 18th, December 2025, through an internal memorandum issued by the Office of the Registrar and signed by Mr Abiodun O. Oloyede. 


The memo was addressed to the entire Polytechnic community and emphasized the institution’s commitment to allowing its members to enjoy the holiday season.


“The essence of the break is to enable both staff and students to enjoy the Christmas and New Year festive seasons,” the memo stated.


However, The Polytechnic is expected to reopen on Friday, January 2, 2026, marking the resumption of academic and administrative activities. The management also extended warm holiday wishes to the community, expressing hope for a joyful celebration and a prosperous new year.

Ospoly Mgt Sets #30,000 Penalty for Late Course Registration

 BY : TOMIWA OBISESAN  The Management of Osun State Polytechnic,Iree has Noticed with Dismay that Many Students were yet to Register for 2024/2025 First Semester Course Registration and thereby Delaying the Processing of Examination Results. This was stated through an internal memorandum today 7th of August, 2025 from the Office of the Registrar Mr Abiodun Oloyede  However, the memo highlights the institution's concern over the low registration turnout, which is significantly impacting the processing of examination results. The memo, addressed to all students, stresses the importance of timely registration. It states that any student who has failed to complete their course registration by the deadline of Monday, August 4th, 2025, will be subject to a hefty penalty.  “ The late registration fee has been set at Thirty Thousand Naira (#30,000.00)” says the memo

OSPOLY MGT, Announces Second Semester Resumption Date for Part-Time Students
