OSPOLY: REGISTRAR ADVICE DPT STUDENTS TO REGULARIZE ADMISSION STATUS

B.M Salawu has urged all the Daily Part-Time (DPT) students, admitted in the 2017/2018 to 2020/2021 academic session to regularize their Admission status at the JAMB office. This is contained in an internal memorandum pasted at each lecture Hall which was signed today 25th August 2022 by Mrs. M.O Adeleke. The memo stated that the reason for the afflicted to take serious action on the advice is for them not to be denied access for the confinement of their admission as JAMB might not reopen her portal. “You are hereby enjoined to urgently register at the JAMB office and submit your forms at the Admission office on or before Wednesday 31st August 2022 in order not to be denied access for condonment of your admission as JAMB might not reopen her portal” the Memo stated. Youths engage in the social phenomena of indecent dressing. It simply refers to exposing one's body to the public on purpose. In actuality, this practice does not follow the values-based norms of society, especially in African society. Some people define indecent dressing as exposing bodily parts that ought to be covered while wearing clothing. BREAKING: OSUN STATE GOVERNOR APPOINT NEW RECTOR FOR OSPOLY

Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola  has appointed Dr. Tajudeen Odetayo as the Acting Rector of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree.   Following the retirement of Dr. Woye Olaniran, who is now the former Rector of the Institution, Dr. Tajudeen Odetayo, who was the deputy Rector then, has now been appointed as the Acting Rector of the Polytechnic.   The Governing Council of the Institution at its meeting on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, noted this through an official document signed by the Head of Service, Dr. Festus Olowogboyega Oyebade.    According to him, "The Governor of the State of Osun, Alh. Adegboyega Oyetola  has approved the appointment of Dr. T.A Odetayo as the Acting Rector of the Osun State Polytechnic Iree."   Dr. Odetayo was born on June 22nd, 1962....

OSPOLY RECTOR WARN MATRICULATING STUDENT ON EXAMINATION MALPRACTICE

 By: Samuel Iyiola     Dr. Woye Olaniran The Rector of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree, Dr. Woye Olaniran, has urged the students of the Institution to refrain from all acts of Examination Malpractice. Dr. Olaniran stated this today while delivering his speech at the Matriculation Ceremony of the newly admitted ND1 Daily Part-Time Students of the Institution. "The First Semester Examination will start very soon, avoid examination malpractice, do your best and be yourself in the Examination and God will crown your effort with success." Dr. Olaniran stated. Furthermore, he also enjoins the students to avoid cultism and anything that can destroy their life and academic pursuit. By: Isaac Adeoye Mr. Philip Ewuola The Dean of Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FICT) of Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY) Iree, Mr. Phillip Ewuola has urged all Mass Communication DPT students to pay all the necessary fees to avoid future issues. Mr. Ewuola stated this today while addressing the students in hall 6 Mass Communication department at Koko Campus. "We don't want you to have any problem or any issue, help us so that you will not have any issue," Ewuola stated. Furthermore, he advised the student that they should abstain from minor issues that can hinder them from graduating. According to him "Don't let any minor thing stop you from graduating." He however advised the students to avoid all forms of Examination malpractice in their forthcoming examination

OSPOLY DIRECTOR ADVISE STUDENT TO DRESS DECENTLY

D.Y Babalola has urged all the students of the Institution to refrain from dressing indecently in campus. Alh. Babalola stated this today during the Facaulty of Information and Communication Technology (F.I.C.T) Orientation at Hall 4 Koko Campus. "You are now in tertiary institution and you have to dress like someone who is normal". Alh Babalola stated.  He added further that payment of school fees is legal and legitimate which every student must comply with.
