OSPOLY: Students Union Declares 2020/2021 SUA WEEK

  By: Ridwan Olanrewaju  The Student Union Association, Daily Part-time Programme (DPT), Osun State Polytechnic Iree has declared 2020/2021 SUA WEEK to commence on 8th November 2021. This was contained in a memo released by the union on Saturday, 23rd October 2021, signed by the SUA General Secretary, Adeleke Temitope O. "The above named association wishes to inform all DPT Students that the Student Union Association (S.U.A) football cup will commence on 25th of October, 2021 While SUA Week has been scheduled to start on 8th of November, 2021." The memo stated. Moreover, the union show the validity of the memo as it is fully supported by the Directorate of DPT of the institution. "We have the approval of these activities from the Directorate of DPT and we hope this meet you well." Moreover, the Union under the leadership of Comrade Falana Johnson (Pappy Jay) thank all the students for their usual cooperation and urged them to anticipate the programme schedule.

MSSN Iree Chapter gets new Executives

  By: Ridwan Olanrewaju The Muslim Students' Society of Nigeria, Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, chapter, has handed over the mantle of leadership to another forty-one set of executives, today. The handing over was formally done by the State Amir, As-sheikh Jelil Arikeuyo at the White Mosque Iree, during a programme titled "MSSN Transition Programme," organized by the outgoing executives. The State Amir dissolved the former MSSN 2020/2021 Executives under the regime of Mallam Sofiyullahi Alade while, commended their efforts, He called the names of the new executives and urged them to be proactive. Adding that they should see themselves as slaves of others and follow the right path with true sincerity in order to achieve the goals. OSPOLY LECTURER DIRECTS DPT STUDENTS TO INSERT MATRIC NUMBERS FOR EXAM PROCESS By: Samuel Iyiola The SIWES Coordinator for Mass Communication Department and Lecturer from Science Department,  Osun State Polytechnic Iree, Mr Balogun W.R has directed ND1 DPT students who wrote the first-semester exam without their matriculation numbers to appear in his office before the end of next week. He made the statement on Saturday, 16th October 2021 during practical class with the Mass Communication students at Koko Campus of the institution. "If you know that you did not write your Matric. number on your Examination answer booklet, just come to my office for proper procedure, before next week run to an end". Balogun stated. Official Memo: OSPOLY MGT Declare DPT Exam Resumption By: Olanrewaju Ridwan The Management of Osun State Polytechnic Iree has officially declared Monday, 11th October, 2021 as the resumption of the Daily Part-Time Examinations For the students of National Diploma 2. This was made known in a memo released today, Monday, 4th October 2021 following the meeting had by the top management of the institution. According to the memo: "At its meeting of today, Monday, 4th October 2021, the Top Management resolved that the suspended examinations would resume on Monday, 11th October 2021." However, It will be recalled that the exams was suspended on 14th, September, 2021 following the protest rocked by some DPT ND2 Students. Moreover, the school management urged DPT ND2 Students who have yet to pay their tuition, to pay the fee before the resumption of the exams. "All affected students who are yet to pay their school fees are enjoined to do so on or before the date of the resumption
