OSPOLY Mgt Issues Guidelines for 24/25 First Semester Examinations

 By : Tomiwa Obisesan  The Directorate of Part-Time Programmes at Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, has issued an internal memorandum to all ND I and ND II Daily Part-Time students, outlining crucial instructions for the upcoming 2024/2025 first-semester examinations.  The memo was stated today July 7, 2025 through an internal memorandum and also signed by the school registrar Mr Oyesowo Lawrence emphasizes the importance of completing necessary procedures for examination clearance. According to the memorandum, students are required to pay their school fees ,obtain examination clearance and also visit the institution's website for fee payment and then proceeding to the Coordinator's Office.  However,Examination clearance forms will be signed upon the presentation of the school fees receipt and evidence of registration. OSPOLY Iree Rector Urges New Students to Embrace Discipline, Academic Integrity

By: NEB REPORTS  The Rector of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Mr. Kehinde Alabi, has called on newly admitted Daily Part-Time students to not only obtain a copy of the Student Guidance but also to adhere strictly to its guidelines. He made this appeal on Friday, July 4, 2025, during the matriculation ceremony held at the Educational Trust Fund (ETF) Hall of the institution. Mr. Alabi noted that while the Polytechnic offers a wide range of opportunities to students, they must remember that "to whom much is given, much is expected." He emphasized that students are expected to be law-abiding, disciplined, and prompt in the payment of their tuition and other dues. "It is in your best interest to avoid indecent dressing, cultism, thuggery, and hooliganism," the Rector warned. OSPOLY Iree Sets July 2nd For Matriculation Gown, Oath Collection For ND 1 Part-Time Students

 By: Kafilat Oladejo The Directorate Affairs Officer of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Mr. Tunji Adeyanju, has informed all newly admitted ND1 Daily Part-Time students about the collection of their matriculation gown and oath form at the Koko Campus. This notification was conveyed in an internal memorandum released by the institution’s management and signed by Mr. Adeyanju on Monday, July 1, 2025. According to the memo, students admitted for the 2024/2025 academic session are expected to collect their matriculation gown and oath form on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Koko Campus. Students are also reminded to present the original copy of their screening form as it is a prerequisite for collecting the matriculation gown and oath form.

OSUN STATE POLYTECHNIC, IREE ANNOUNCES ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR PART-TIME STUDENTS

The announcement was made on Wednesday, June 19, 2025, via an internal memorandum signed by the institution’s registrar, Mr. Paul F. Olawoyin. However, According to the memo, the orientation programme is scheduled to take place from Tuesday, June 24 to Friday, June 27, 2025. At the Educational Trust Fund (ETF) Building, and activities will run daily from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  The memo emphasized that the days allocated for the programme are to be observed as lecture-free for all ND I part-time students to allow for full participation in the orientation events.  NEB REPORTS  Following reports of fluctuating results on the student portal lately yesterday, the Coordinator of the Daily Part-Time (DPT) programme for the Mass Communication Department at Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Mr. Temitope Adewumi, has officially confirmed that students can now access their complete and updated examination results online in the next three hours. The announcement, made today, June 18, 2025, comes after several students raised concerns over inconsistencies in result visibility where some scores appeared briefly and later disappeared. Mr. Adewumi acknowledged these issues, attributing them to technical updates on the school portal, but assured that the situation has now been resolved. “All results for properly registered courses will soon be uploaded and will be accessible on the portal,” he stated. “Students can log in to view each registered course along with the corresponding score, offering a full picture of their academic performance.” However, he...
